Man found dead and woman injured at Haverhill house

A man has been found dead and a woman taken to hospital with a head injury after police were called to a house in Suffolk.

A member of the public reported concern for a resident in Castle Lane, Haverhill, shortly after 22:00 GMT on Friday.
Officers forced entry to the house and found the body inside. The woman was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital.
The investigation is in its very early stages, police said.
